Accessible by land, sea or air, travelling to Brittany has never been easier. From the short ferry crossings at Dover to the ports at Calais, Dieppe, and the others scattered along the Normandy coast, the autoroutes to Brittany are quick, free from heavy traffic and take you through some of the most magnificent scenery of open countryside, rolling hills and grand valleys. Printable route finders are available on the AA website and display a driving time of 5 to 6 hours from Calais to La Roseraie. The longer crossings to the ports of Cherbourg and Saint Malo means that you can relax aboard the ferries, take time for a meal or shopping in the duty free shops, sunbathing on the decks or enjoying the onboard entertainment in the bar. Once at your destination port the shorter drive to La Roseraie will give you time to take a detour to visit some of the wonderful towns and villages on route. Brittany by air will bring you to Dinard, Brest or Rennes airports with more routes opening up all the time. Budget airlines such as Flybee and Ryanair fly from regional airports across the UK and can offer substantial discounts on seat prices. Car hire is available at all the airports in Brittany and is very competitively priced. This is by far the quickest way to come to Brittany with flying times of around one hour. We are always able to offer our guests full directions over the Internet and are happy to answer any queries regarding getting to La Roseraie.
